Our beautiful vacation home is located in the sought-after southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet residential area. Only 5min away from Veteran's Memorial Road where you can find all sorts of shopping, restaurants, fitness etc. Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel about 15 Miles. We have south exposure. From our pool great view of sunrise and sunset over the salt water canal.

The house was built in 2006, completely renovated and high standard refurnished in a contemporary modern style in June 2009. The house offers soaring ceilings and over 2200 sq ft of air-conditioned, tiled open space living area that include formal dining room, living room, pool billard and fully equipped kitchen, morning nook, as well as huge sliding doors to the pool and patio.

You have gorgeous water views from the living room, master- and queen bedroom, breakfast corner and the billard room. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious screened lanai with a solar heated pool and jacuzzi.

Our location is just a short drive from some of the world's most beautiful beaches and some of the finest dining in southwest Florida, so please come and visit our little corner of paradise!

Das freistehende Haus ist ruhig gelegen an einer traumhaft schoenen Einmuendung dreier Salzwasserkanaele im begehrten Suedwesten von Cape Coral, jedoch nur 5min entfernt von zahlreichen Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Shopping, Fitness, Restaurants aller Art. Beste Verkehrsanbindung nach Fort Myers, Sanibel mit wunderschoenen feinsandigen Straenden und das gruene Pine Island. Das urige historische Fischerdorf Matlacha ist in weniger als 10min erreicht. Tennis und ein Golfplatz liegt ganz nah, Wassersport, Bootstouren, Fischen, Hochseefischen, vom Haus hat man es nie weit! Empfehlenswerte Tagestouren: Everglades, Disney in Orlando, Miami Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Sea World.

Das Haus wurde 2006 erbaut und erst im Juni 2009 komplett und hochwertig neu ausgestattet. Deckenhöhen von teilweise bis zu 4 Metern vermitteln ein grosszuegiges Raumgefuehl. Die vollständig klimatisierte Wohnflaeche von über 200qm beinhaltet eine voll ausgestattete Kueche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, ein Billardzimmer, einen Frühstückserker und riesige Schiebetueren zur Terrasse und Pool. Die Ausrichtung von Terrasse und Pool ist gegen Sueden.
